Randy Epstein

Ms. Epstein is the co-Founder and CEO of ESC. She oversees asset management, strategic planning and the financial operations of the company.

Ms. Epstein has consulted to and taught hundreds of small businesses throughout New York and worked with top investment banks and real estate companies.

Ms. Epstein's career began at PricewaterhouseCoppers, where she worked in the internet and real estate practices. While there, she analyzed Real Estate Securities, Public Offerings for startup companies in NYC, and corporate financial statements.

Ms. Epstein has run a successful consulting business helping small businesses convert value to cash. Her company develops money producing business plans, financial strategies and creating revenue producing opportunities to attract cash to client's companies.

Ms. Epstein has spoken at multiple entrepreneur and business conferences and is a member of the Steinhardt Heritage Organization, the Wharton Club, and on the Faculty of the American Women's Economic Development Corp. (AWED).

Ms. Epstein is a graduate of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University of Buffalo and received her degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
